1. Agency Role
- Storybound Travel Co. LLC acts as a travel agency and booking agent for travel suppliers including, but not limited to, cruise lines, hotels, resorts, tour operators, and theme parks.
- Storybound Travel Co. LLC is not the provider of travel services and is not responsible for the acts, omissions, or performance of any travel supplier.
2. Pricing & Availability
- Pricing & Availability are subject to change until deposit or payment has been received and confirmed by the supplier.
- Quotes are not guaranteed until booked.
3. Payments
- Clients are responsible for all deposits, final payments, and payment deadlines established by the supplier.
- Failure to make payments by the supplier's due date may result in cancellation of travel arrangements and applicable penalties.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellation penalties are determined by the travel supplier and may vary by reservation
- Storybound Travel Co. LLC does not control supplier refund policies and cannot guarantee refunds.
- Clients are responsible for understanding supplier cancellation terms and conditions prior to booking.
5. Travel insurance
- Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all travelers.
- Clients who decline travel insurance acknowledge that they may be financially responsible for cancellation penalties, travel interruptions, medical expenses, and other unforeseen travel-related costs.
6. Travel Documents
- Clients are responsible for obtaining and carrying all required travel documents, including passports, visas, identification, vaccination records, and any other documentation required by the destination or supplier.
- Storybound Travel Co. LLC is not responsible for denied boarding, denied entry, or travel disruptions resulting from missing or invalid documentation.
7. Supplier Changes
- Travel suppliers may modify itineraries, schedules, accommodations, attractions, operating hours, dining offerings, or other travel components at any time.
- Storybound Travel Co. LLC is not responsible for changed made by suppliers after booking.
8. Force Majeure
- Storybound Travel Co. LLC is not responsible for events beyond its control, including but not limited to weather events, natural disasters, labor strikes, government actions, public health emergencies, transportation disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
9. Client Responsibility
- Clients are responsible for reviewing all travel documents, emails, confirmations, invoices, and itineraries upon receipt and notifying Storybound Travel Co. LLC of any discrepancies promptly.
10. Communication Expectations
- Storybound Travel Co. LLC will make responsible efforts to respond to client communications in a timely manner.
- Response times may vary during regular business hours, weekends, holidays, and periods of travel.
11. Service Fees
- Professional planning, consultation, concierge, and service fees are non-refundable once services have been commenced.
- These fees compensate Storybound Travel Co. LLC and their agents for time, expertise, research, itinerary development, reservation assistance, and travel planning services.
12. Concierge Services
- Concierge services, including but not limited to dining reservations, special experiences, Lightning Lane guidance, and itinerary planning, are provided on a best-effort basis.
- Availability of reservations, attractions, experiences, and inventory cannot be guaranteed.
- Payment for concierge services covers planning expertise and reservation attempts, not guaranteed outcomes.
13. Chargebacks
- By submitting payment, clients agree not to initiate chargebacks for services properly rendered.
- Any billing disputes should be brought directly to Storybound Travel Co. LLC for resolution.
14. Acceptance of Terms
- By submitting an inquiry, paying a deposit, purchasing concierge services, or authorizing a booking, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
